Production & Delivery Since we prioritize sustainability, every item is made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Split Shipments Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled from different facilities. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Incorrect Addresses Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost Packages We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
