Return Policy
To minimize waste and reduce our carbon footprint, ShirtCastle™ produces every item made-to-order. We do not hold inventory and do not accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind.

Damages & Defects
In the rare event of a manufacturing error, we will replace your item for free—you do not need to ship the original back. To report an issue, please message us via our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery. We will reply via email to request a clear photo of the defect to process your replacement.
